While playing the project (while still editing), I have to wait a few seconds once I press play (or the space button) before it decides to actually play, and while it plays, it freezes for about a few seconds sometimes. When I first started using FCP, it didn't lag, though it slowly started to lag and now it's pretty bad. I have 8 GB of RAM and a 2.7 GHz processor. I'm running Final Cut Pro X 10.1.3 on an early-2015 13-inch MacBook Pro with retina.
